A local youth reported that someone had stolen approximately $400.00 from his wallet. The wallet was left in his vehicle while he was playing Frisbee golf. Case is pending.

A Mena woman reported that she had left her wallet in a grocery cart at a local retail store, and when she returned, the wallet was gone.  Case is pending review of surveillance tapes.

Ronald Gene Lowery, 59, of Texarkana, AR was charged with harassment, criminal trespass, possession of schedule VI controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting arrest.  The arrest followed a call to a local residence.  He posted bond and was released, and was later arrested again for criminal trespass and harassment.

Report of a disturbance led to a 14-year-old male being issued a Juvenile Citation for Battery 3^rd Degree.  The juvenile was released to the custody of a parent/guardian.

Arrested was Jaylon R. Parnell, 19, of Mena, on three Warrants for Felony Failure to Appear.
