Report was made of someone breaking a window in a Mena man’s truck sometime last week. Case is pending.

Glen W. Cecil, 60, of Mena was charged with DWI, driving left of center, refusal to submit to a chemical test, resisting arrest, and impairing the operations of a vital public facility. The arrest followed a traffic stop.
Eric Cearley, 23, of Mena was charged with DWI, driving on a suspended driver’s license, driving left of center, and running a stop sign.
Report was taken of an altercation between a local man and his former girlfriend. Case information will be forwarded to the prosecuting attorney for further action.
