Kymberlie Chaney, 18, of Mena was charged with disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shawn Fender, 45, of Mena was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule VI controlled substance, and driving on a suspended driver’s license.

Carl Wayne Vincent, 51, of Mena was charged with DWI, obstruction of governmental operations and having no proof of insurance.
Cody Lee Enyeart, 32, of Mena was charged with two counts of commercial burglary (felony), two counts of theft of property (misdemeanor), two counts of second-degree criminal mischief (misdemeanor), one count of breaking or entering (felony), one count of possession of methamphetamine (felony), and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia (felony). James Anthony Hembree, age 55, of Mena was charged in the same incident with two counts of commercial burglary (felony), two counts of theft of property (misdemeanor), two counts of second-degree criminal mischief (misdemeanor), and one count of breaking or entering (felony).
